REQUIRED SKILLS:

Minimum 4 year Engineering/Technical/Science Degree

Minimum 5+ years of hands on experience with Unix, C/C++,  and Oracle PL/SQL

Experience in working with Shell Scripting and any third party API

Previous experience in financial applications/industry

Individual should be familiar with Fixed Income and Derivative terminology

Experience and knowledge of systems design, project coordination, development and implementation

Expertise in documenting and managing issues and actions for IT development projects

Excellent Communication and Documentation skills

Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, implementations, development and support activities.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

Experience working with Summit API and Summit SDL

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The candidate is needed on-site to work on the Swift message enhancements and Summit collateral module implementation projects

Individual should be able to start coding immediately in Unix, C/C++, Shell with Oracle as backend

Communicate with clients and facilitate meetings.

Work closely with the DBA's and SA's for the technical environment

Facilitate the testing of the enhancements of Summit with the end users.

Coordinate between the vendor and the user community with the results of the testing

Document the requirements from users and proposed solutions

Coordinate with the support resources of other IFC applications for testing all the interfaces

Provide project implementation support

Provide detailed technical documentation

Coordinate with the application support team and provide the knowledge transition

Coordinate with AST team in migration of the changes
