Job Description:

This position will provide production support for the RSA Archer application across the enterprise. This individual would be a member of the ESS Corporate team in GTS. In this role the technical analyst would be responsible for daily support which includes recommendations for operational improvements, effeciencies, and governance and collaboration with the developement team to ensure overall health of the product. This position will require off hours and on-call support.

Skill Set:

- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL - Intermediate (1-3 years)

- Demonstrated ability to develop multiple solutions to complex problems and make recommendations to business partners - Senior (3-5 years)

- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills - Senior (3-5 years)

- Understand relationship between people, processes, and technology - Senior (3-5 years)

- Working knowledge of RSA Archer product - Intermediate (1-3 years)

- RSA Archer Basic Course Certification - Intermediate (1-3 years)

- RSA Archer Advanced Course - Intermediate (1-3 years)
