Job Title :Business Analyst (040114-WILKIM-IO32.5-E-VIC)

Location: San Franciso , CA

Duration: Long Term

7+ years of Business Analytical (BA) experience and 3+ years of Quality Assurance (QA) experience.

The person in this position will act as the liaison to our operational and business partners for issues, questions,

requirements and project planning in addition to serving as the first line of production support.

The person will work closely with our vendors and project managers to drive technical solutions for

multiple concurrent projects across multiple teams and work with our technical development team to translate business requirements.

Responsibilities:

-Reviewing, Analyzing and evaluating business systems and user needs.

-Preparing business justification documents such as business requirements definition, risk analysis and project definition documents.

-Gathering requirements and leading meetings around applications development.

-Preparing functional documentation such as use cases, functional design documentation, flow diagrams, traceability matrices.

-Formulating systems to parallel overall business strategies.

-Relaying business requirements to technology team.

-Ability to review and analyze business data.

QA required skills:

-Preparing test cases and test scripts.

-Testing and validating test cases and test scripts.

Additional required skills:

-Capital Markets experience; specifically Derivatives financial products.

-7+ years of Business Analytical (BA) experience. 3+ years of Quality Assurance (QA) experience.

-Proficient in using Agile methodologies.

-Exercising independent judgment.

-Excellent written and oral communication.

-Proven organization skills.

-Ability to provide a wide array of training and demoing of software solutions.

-Skillful in delivering production support to lines of business.

Desired skills:

-Dodd-Frank regulatory expertise.

-Salesforce.com or other CRM experience
