Position: Oracle eBusiness HCM Payroll Functional Analyst

Seeking 2 Oracle eBusiness HCM Payroll Process Functional Analysts for Pittsburgh PA to assist our client with their global ERP implementation
PROJECT
Join existing team and bring deep PAYROLL understanding to be a 'doer' in developing Functional Design Documents and subsequent Test parameters for Oracle eBus HCM Payroll.
DELIVERABLES
- Analyze and design business processes Oracle eBusiness R12 HRMS
- Lead design work sessions to gather requirements
- Create FDD documents for the HRMS modules including core HR and Payroll (payroll processing (gross-net, garnishment, taxes, etc)
- Provide Oracle eBus HR / Payroll subject matter expertise to assist in the new business process designs and development for process workstreams
- Create Use cases and execution of test cases for the primary modules of Oracle R12 HRMS/HR and Payroll
- Record the scripts for performance test, provide test data and load historical data
- Serve as liaison to business including super users and process area sponsors to ensure that needs are fully understood
- Capture configuration, RICE and/or legacy functional requirements to be detailed design and built by configuration and RICE and/or legacy teams
- Provide support to data team for data requirements and mapping rules
- Support site readiness, deployment, and training activities
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years within Oracle eBusiness HCM Payroll - must understand the business side of Payroll
- 5+ years Business Analyst responsibilities
- Testing responsibilities (create test conditions, scenarios, test scripts - HP Qual Center and Test Director preferred)
- Excellent Communications; Problem solving; Ability to interact with Senior Management; Presentation skills
Preferred experience:
- full implementation/upgrade of Oracle eBusiness R12
- Use of flex fields in Payroll including earnings code
- Global implementation experience
- Unionized environments
