Job Title : Business Analyst.
This is a C2C position.
Relevant Experience (Yrs) : Overall 8+ years of Business
Analysis experience.
Duration: long term
Necessary Skills : * Excellent communication skills.
* Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of
client's organization and industry.
* Identifies client organization's strengths and weaknesses and
suggests areas of improvement.
* Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes
and recommendations related to proposed solution.
* Develops functional specifications for client engagements.
* Ability to plan a course of action, manage and prioritize activities
so as to execute them in a time-bound manner
* Ability to create an environment of trust and cooperation through an
open exchange of ideas towards achieving team goals.
* Ability to make systematic and rational judgments based on relevant
information.
* Capability of an individual to convey the right information and
influence others towards desired action either verbally or by written means
Desired Skills * Ability to work independently as
well as with various size teams.
* Experience working in an Agile project environment.
Roles & Responsibilities : * Elicit requirements
using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site
visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business
analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
* Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources,
reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract
up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish
user requests from the underlying true needs.
* Brainstorm, explore, create and iterate on detailed interfaces,
expanding on concepts found in prototype and/or feature list.
* Document and deliver requirements.
* Responsible for the quality and on-time delivery of requirements
* Needs to be able to take direction, ask questions and then deliver
Generic Managerial Skills : * Able to plan/track
tasks/activities
Education : BS in computer science or related field
preferred.
