Programmer Analyst Level 111
Location : ASTORIA/ NY
Duration : 2 years.
Rate $55/hr.
This is not a C2C position.
Mandatory requirements include: Minimum of 8 years combined experience with writing application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions and software support. Candidates must have minimum of 4 years experience in all of the following: designing, developing, enhancing and supporting software components using Visual Studio and Microsoft SQL Server is required. Experience with Visual Basic.Net is required, ASP Web Development experience utilizing Visual Studio is required, experience in working through all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Business Process Analysis/Design/ Planning / Implementation is required. Ability to interact with High Level Senior Management and delegate work to other team members is mandatory . Experience with design tools such as Rational Rose/MS Visio is desirable. MCSD Certification is desirable. Experience with C# is desirable.
The applicant must have experience in web development and support for large applications. The applications must be similar in size and scope to the types of web development designed by a large government entity such as the New York City Department of Education.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
These are the minimum qualifications, as stated in the Fast Track which a bidder must meet to be considered in the evaluation process. Examples can be the number of years in business, licenses, accreditation, communication skills, etc. The bidder will either meet the requirements and will be considered for further evaluation, or it does not, in which case no further evaluation will be necessary.
