FW: Lead Developer - ORACLE HR Applications( 0824 SANIZA)

Position: Lead Developer - ORACLE HR Applications
Location: Linthicum, MD

Description: 6 months.

This is a contract to hire after 6 months. So H1 cannot be submitted.

Description:

The successful candidate will have experience designing, configuring and
supporting solutions for the corporate Oracle ERP and HR systems. Duties
will include analyzing the business need and developing the best solution
for the business. This will include working closely with HR end users to
apply technology in support of business objectives.



Responsibilities:

* Work closely with the functional departments and
IS analysts to attain and maintain an in-depth knowledge of business
processes and procedures.
* Configure Oracle Applications
* Perform project management and apply full life-cycle
methodologies.
* Apply technical and analytical skills to interface with
Oracle EBS system to meet business needs.
* Develop, integrate, and maintain end-user applications to
address areas where customization is required including reports.
* Research and implement information systems technology
where appropriate for the functional departments.
* Provide applications design, development, testing, and
user documentation.
* Troubleshoot issues related to HR applications and
interfaces.
* Experience with SDLC and Change Control management
* Develop solutions to implementing new system capabilities
where appropriate.
* Provide business analysis and technical expertise to
provide day-to-day support to business users by troubleshooting issues,
implementing fixes and enhancements using complete SDLC process.
* Support and maintain interfaces to various systems.
* Design, develop and maintain complex Hyperion IR reports.
* Support and maintain Oracle DBI dashboards.
* Participate in code reviews.



Requirements:

* Strong technical and functional knowledge of all HR ERP modules.
* General knowledge of database management and application performance
tuning.
* System trouble-shooting.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Good interpersonal skills. Comfortable working with operational key
users to develop and present solutions
* Strong work ethic, ability to work flexible hours, sometimes in the
evening or during weekends.
* Must be a team player, draws energy and drive in working with
others.
* Ability to work with Oracle support.
* Schedule/deadline oriented & excellent organization skills.
* B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
* Experience working on Oracle HR applications technical developer and
a business analyst.
* Minimum 8 years of Oracle HRMS, Self-service, iRecruitment, Talent
management and compensation workbench experience.
* Oracle development experience using system development life cycle
(SDLC) methods.
* Hands on experience with functional setups for Oracle HR and Payroll
modules.
* Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining interfaces.
* Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, Workflow, Alerts, form
personalization, AME and AOL objects.
* Experience writing business events, and user hooks.
* Strong experience with OA Framework development and customization.
* Experience with Hyperion IR reporting.
* Experience with BI Analytics is a plus.
* Hands on UNIX/Linux shell scripting.
