Service now, Incident Problem C
ServiceNow Developer Work
ServiceNow Modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and Service Catalog
Work off of Defect log and complete assigned fixes
Participate in Weekly or Daily Defect meetings for updates
Develop assigned New Service Catalog Items and workflow
Promote development completed to Test environment
