Job Description:
Our client has an immediate need for policy creation relative to MDG

 

 

 

DELIVERABLES
Create MDG policies and procedures to be used by client; this is NOT a data migration project
Set up data governance framework and all associated process and procedures from scratch
Provide necessary documentation and training prior to handing over to the client
Provide recommendations on MDG software tools that may be available, other than SAPs MDM product

 

 

 

REQUIRED
- 5+ years of work experience in MDM, including 2-3 full lifecycle MDM implementations
- Knowledge of SAP Master Data (Material, Customer, Vendor) and understanding of SAP ECC and SAP CRM
- Experience as an SAP MDM Administrator in a productive support environment
- Understanding of SAP Netweaver architecture, MDM JAVA API and Web Dynpro
- Capture Business and technical requirements for workflow, data flow during the business workflow, approval (and rejection) processes and rules, roles and responsibilities distributed across the Workflow, notification, delegation and escalation rules and processes related to master data
- Perform evaluation study for Workflow complexity for possibility to perform process harmonization and simplification exercises
- Analyze possibilities to stream-line existing master data business processes
- Identify functional Gaps and identify additional implementation afford that is necessary to fulfill business requirements
- Identify common components and deviations in business processes
- Analyze data governance model and identify the data ownership in the organization
- Based on gathered information build up the solution that reflects stream-line processes in data creation, amend and other business processes related to data governance
