Job Description:

Must have:
1) HTML, CSS, (SASS/Less)
2)  Interested in the latest web technologies.
 
Nice to have :
1) Versioning system (git ideally)
2) Working experience with Angular/Backbone/EmberJS or other JS MVC framework
 
Great to know :
1) Javascript OOP
2) Knows and follows the industry patterns (Like REST/BEM CSS methodology)   —> This will be awesome to have actually
 
Bottom line :
If a candidate says, they know technology XYZ, Then they should be able to answer why they chose XYZ over ABC,  We need leaders with a open mind and not blind followers.
