Primary Skill Requirement:

Required 7 Plus years of experience as a Congnos Developer
6+ years of hands on experience developing Dashboard and BI reports Proven ability to read and write complex SQL queries
3+ Experience with the use and capabilities of ETL software
Knowledge of Kronos application is a plus
J2EE application development background is a plus
Knowledge of Html5/JQuery development is a plus
Requires a bachelor's degree

Design and code from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex software apps.
Uses coding methods in specific programming languages to initiate or enhance program execution and functionality.
Participate in the evaluation, recommendation, and selection of hardware and software solutions.
Perform project management of estimating, scheduling, and monitoring tasks.
Interface with different departments within the organization regarding new deployments.
Monitor program execution for expected performance .
Designs and codes from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements moderately complex software applications.
Experience designing and developing dashboard applications with full Reporting and Analytics functionality.
