Tasks
Reference manual and user guide documentation analysis, revision and/or creation efforts to support multiple project implementations.
Projected Level of Effort
This 90-day engagement requires a 40-hr/wk level of effort from April 20, 2015, the anticipated start of assignment, through July 31, 2015. Some overtime may be required during the first several workweeks and may be required periodically throughout the engagement. Possible follow-on work may be offered.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
Five years of documentation (software desktop publishing, on line and technical) with three years of demonstrable results-oriented work experience
Background in effective use of hyperlinks and parent/child files
Strong requirements elicitation, specification, and validation knowledge and experience
Experience in creating documentation from analyzing business requirements documentation, functional specifications and use cases
Experience working with RoboHelp
Superior technical and business writing skills
Working knowledge of XHTML and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
Strong communications, analytical and organizational skills
Able to work both independently and in a team environment
Quick learner who pays attention to detail and is able to listen and follow directions
Preferred:
Experience working with Drupal, SnagIT and web browsers
