SKILL MATRIX
Developer 5-7 years of Java/J2EE web programming and architecture experience
Strong experience with Spring Framework (MVC, Web flow, JD BC)
Experience with JavaScript libraries and Frameworks (jQ uery, AngularJS)
Strong Experience with REST, SOAP services (developing web services, not just consuming)
Experience with Tomcat, Web Logic, Eclipse
Proficient with source-control tools and practices
Experience with Agile practices (Scrum Methodology)

Maintain a consistent focus on quality for the entire project
Perform code reviews; developing and adhering to coding standards
