Position: Project Manager (Ref code: 041514-JOHRUS-EX-IO65-JOH)

Location: Oklahoma City, OK  73105

Duration: 12 months +

Start: IMMEDIATELY

Interview: Will interview with the Experis Oracle/eBiz Practice Director then telephone interview with client (will hire off the phone but an in-person meeting is preferred)

 

Description:

1.       Project Management experience, PMPO preferred

2.       Experienced with Microsoft Project

3.       Experienced with PeopleSoft, particularly PeopleSoft HCM (PeopleSoft ELM is a plus)

4.       PeopleSoft 9.2 familiarity is desired but 9.1 with previous conversion experience is mandatory

5.       Able to be a regular participant in Access PMO office meetings, updating other PM's on other projects where we are at

6.       Able to communicate effectively with Executives and Project Sponsors in Steering Committee and other Executive updates.

7.       Able to maintain project plans and update budget/forecast information (formats already exist).

8.       Able to speak with authority and nudge contributors  ( both IT and functional ) along to complete tasks on time.

9.       Responsible for Weekly, Monthly project update artifacts for the PMO (formats already exist).

10.    Responsible for Weekly 'Project Update/Forecast' email to be send Monday's by noon to the core IT/HR functional team (formats already exist).
