Requirements:

* Must have minimum 8 years of experience as a hands-on Business Analyst

* Must have solid communication and collaboration skills - partner with business area, developers and testers.

* Must have experience developing and presenting use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, process flows, state diagrams, context diagrams, RTMs, and system requirements.  * Experience with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) a plus.

* Experience with banking and/or financial experience desired.

* Candidate must bring samples of their work (narrative and process flow) to the interview.

**IMPORTANT NOTE: We need resumes with seasoned Business/Systems Analysis experience, rather than the mix of PM, test, ops and a little business/systems analysis. Candidates that do not indicate depth and seasoned experience will not be selected.

As part of our interview process, we ask that the interview candidate bring a work product sample comprising a process flow and corresponding narrative. If the interview candidate's work products are considered proprietary, it is appropriate to put together a process flow and narrative for a generic concept such as submitting a time sheet. Regardless the subject matter, we are looking for a sample of how the candidate communicates both visually and in narrative form.

Although we do review the sample, we also return the sample to the interview candidate before the end of the interview session. Providing the work product sample is a mandatory component of the interview process.
