Description:

On-shore Delivery Lead for an Oracle EBS R12 AO contract-
Manage overall service delivery and service management for Oracle R12 platform at Symantec. The platform includes Oracle Core Finance, Quote to Cash, Hyperion, and third party apps.
Measure and monitor incidents, problems and requests to make sure they are delivered in compliance with the Service Catalog and prevailing Service Level Agreements.
Identify resource requirements defined by skills and experience. Ensure resources are used effectively.
Plan and manage work request fulfillment based on priority.
Resolve issues that affect the scope, quality, schedule, budget, and resources for all work allocated to service delivery.

Requirements -
10-15 years of client Service Delivery experience
5-10 years of AO service delivery experience
5-7 years of Oracle EBS experience
