*** iORMYX INC., is searching for a QA Functional Test Lead for our client in Cincinnati OH for 6 month contract ***

WHAT TO EXPECT:

 

1 - This is a LEAD manual functional testing position and will come with the standard responsibilities that come with QA leadership. You should have previously worked in a lead position to apply for this one.

 

2 - This position may grow to leading automation functional test that includes providing feedback on artifact quality developed during requirements and analysis phases within IS&S projects as well as performing test execution and assisting with product metrics reporting for both project and support related activities.

3 - The QA Technical Lead is responsible for quality and test related process execution with high impact to the business.

 

4 - This individual will lead a small team to perform application testing as well as production support issues for various projects supporting new quality assurance programs and processes in alignment with QA strategy.

WHAT YOU BRING:

 

1 - Bachelors degree in IS or related equivalent work experience in an Information Systems position.

 

2 - 5+ years of QA Lead experience; 7 years overall IT experience that will include all of the standard duties expected of a QA lead (functional testing; regression testing techniques, black / white box, unit, integration, system, user acceptance, Waterfall project management).

 

3 Should have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a history of mentoring a QA team on test artifacts: concise, appropriate detail, standards-based, etc.).
