Eligible Corp to corp candidates can be considered for this position.

Maintaining 55 servers of various versions ranging from SQL server
7.0 to SQLServer 2005
Set up & Configure database servers for multiple environments
(Design, Development, Test ,Support & Production)
Created DB objects like Tables, Views, Indexes, Stored procedures &
triggers using T-SQL
Created Logins, users & roles and involved in Day to Day User
Maintenance
Monitor database growth activities & Troubleshoot Transaction Log &
Space Issues
Integrated Database Maintenance jobs with SQLLitespeed to perform
Full, differential & transaction log Backups and scheduled them with the
Sqlserver agent job scheduler
Scheduled weekly DBCC DBReindex & other Database Maintenance Jobs to
check database consistencies
Set up & Schedule Data Migrations and Loads using DTS/SSIS packages
from various heterogeneous data sources
Extensive usage of BCP & BULK INSERT utilities for data Migrations
involving multimillion records tables
Created Linked Servers between SQL Servers and other Heterogeneous
environments like Oracle and ADSI
Set up SQL Profiler and Spotlight to trace various Database
activities, application Responses and Performance tune them.
Performance tune Stored Procedures & long running queries by looking
at query plans, IO Statistics, Joining Techniques , Outdated Statistics &
Indexes
Involved in SAN Hardware Raid level Implementations & Placement of
tempdb,Logs,Indexes,datafiles across different Raid levels for optimal
Performance
Involved in upgradation Process of SQL2005, Installation of Patches
Hot fixes.
