MANDATORY Requirements:
1. Minimum of 4 years experience with writing application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions; environments include but are not limited to mainframe, mid range, personal computers, laptop; available to assist and/or lead in the design of program specifications and the implementation of software solutions.
2. Minimum of 4 years experience developing business use cases.
3. Minimum of 4 years experience creating UML diagrams.
4. Minimum of 4 years experience creating Business Requirement Diagrams (BRD).
5. Minimum of 4 years experience conducting JAD sessions.

DESIRABLE Experience Preferred:
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills (In Person Interview required)
2. Four or more years experience working with business users translating business requirements into technical user specifications; business process models, data models, use cases and other UML type diagrams.
3. Four years or more demonstrated expertise facilitating meetings and JAD sessions with business staff and technical staff to produce system documentation and demonstrated expertise facilitating documentation walkthroughs with Project Management for sign off on deliverables.
4. One or more years documenting business processes using BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation).
