Role and Compliance Manager Administrator for our client in PA.
Job Summary
The Role and Compliance Manager Admin will serve as the technical expert responsible for administration of our clients Role and Compliance Manager. The candidate will design and implement application and enterprise platform connectors and data loads within the CA Role and Compliance Manager (RCM). He/she will also provide ongoing configuration activities to support audit policies, workflow, compliance objectives, and role based access control (RBAC).
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Information Security with a focus in Role and Compliance Management. The candidate MUST have strong documentation, communication interpersonal and time management/multi-tasking skills.
Major Duties
Software installation, configuration, integration, and support of the overall solution
Design and configuration of Role Based Access Control solution
Problem management activities
Responsible for configuring integration with provisioning solutions
Responsible for configuring of ETL and build of ETL parsers
Responsible for data import and testing
Collaborate with Role Analyst, Architect, and Project Manager
New technology awareness, research, and system integration
Designs, configures, tests, and debugs system components of the RCM technology and utilities.
Interacts with internal teams as well as vendor experts to ensure IAM implementation supports the audit policies, defined workflows, and compliance requirements related to the role based access control (RBAC).
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Information Security or equivalent professional experience
Certifications in security (CISSP), assurance (CISA) preferred
Skills and Experience
4+ years of experience with implementing and maintaining Role Management solutions
Experience in integrating enterprise-wide Role and Compliance Management systems in large, multi-platform environments
Experience with Implementing Separation of duties, RBAC, and advanced Identity Auditing concepts
Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, other directories and tools, and databases
Demonstrated proficiency in information security and identity management concepts and theory.
Admin level knowledge of RCM with ability to configure all aspects of product
Must have knowledge of setting up resources and establishing import process
Must be knowledgeable about RCM Database schema ( or at least be proficient in SQL querying)
Must be knowledgeable about ETL process / tool
Knowledge of all the core components of RCM solution
