Job Description:
The project will establish a consistent, practical, and low risk process for calculating and assessing Advisor/Intermediary fees from participant and plan accounts at the direction of Plan Sponsors. The system will collect information about the intermediary, the rules related to collection and payment of the fee as well as reports related to these activities.

The successful candidate will work with the Business and Project Lead to develop to develop the COBOL programs and processes needed to facilitate the calculation and assessment of the intermediary's fees. The developer will support the Business Analyst with research as needed and create programs to validate system data, transfer files from client mainframe to external systems, and calculate fee amounts to be assessed against a plan and set up the data structures to insure the fees are assessed correct.

Required Skills:
- Creation of COBOL programs - Senior (3-5 years)
- Experience accessing data from DB2 data structures - Senior (3-5 years)
- Experience with change control - Endevor - Senior (3-5 years)
- Experience with Secure FTP processes (i.e. Sterling) - Senior (3-5 years)
- Informatica ETL experience a plus - Senior (3-5 years)
- Programming experience with OmniPlus would be a plus - Senior (3-5 years)
