Design and enhance the architecture for enriching the functionality of the International Funds Transfer application.

Interpret business requirements and technical specifications into program and system solutions that adhere to existing technical standards and are completed within the committed timeframes.

Position will also require the coding and testing of application software, advise and assist internal customers in executing QA and User Acceptance tests and providing ongoing support for the existing production systems.

Requirements:
Experience in applications development on the Tandem platform using the Guardian Operating system, programming languages such as TAL (Transaction Application Language), SCOBOL (Screen COBOL), DDL (Data Definition Language) and TACL(Tandem Advanced Command Language).

In addition, experience must include utilization of, Pathway, Enscribe Database and TMF (Transaction Monitoring Facility).

Candidate must be familiar with Tandem Utilities; FUP, SCUP, EDIT (TEDIT), SPOOLCOM and ENFORM.

Persons with exposure to International Banking and in particular to International Payments preferred.

This includes knowledge of SWIFT, CHIPS and FEDWIRE formats and rules. Project team experience for this position is necessary.
