Our Client is looking for a Documentum Developer on behalf of our client.
This is a contract position and is based in Salt Lake City, UT
Summary
Our Java software engineer will design, modify, develop, write and implement
Java-based software applications. The Java engineer will support and install
these applications and participate in the testing process through test
review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
Responsibilities
Working within a technical team of developers that is directly involved in
the delivery of client server and web based applications
Participating in the development, testing and implementation of projects
Building new sites, maintain existing code and troubleshoot by writing
consistent, reliable and maintainable code (JAVA, PL/SQL)
Working closely with user community for project definition and with other
technical groups in a highly collaborative, cross- disciplinary environment
Being involved in analyzing complex business requirements, translating
requirements into technical specification documentation
Coding, unit and integration testing
Employing project life cycle methodologies in project design and delivery
Interfacing with Project Managers, internal and/or external customers,
internal Fidelity departments, vendors and contractors
Supporting environment management requirements
Qualifications
5+ years Software engineering skills in a UNIX environment
Bachelor's degree preferred
Skills and Knowledge:
Documentum development (version 5.3 preferred)
Java application development
PLSQL / Relational Database
Application support experience (i.e. Troubleshooting, Diagnosis, Resolution)
Experience with project life cycle methodology
B2B/XML experience
Middleware product experience (i.e. webMethods, WebSphere)
Release Management knowledge (Best practices, Migrations, Source Control)
