Job Description:
Our major manufacturing client has an immediate need for an experienced Program/Project Manager to assume overall responsibility for a major, long range SAP CRM build-out just now underway.

 

Reporting directly to the CIO, the selected candidate will assume a Leadership role working closely with executive IT management, Program Management, Business Owners, and a technical team of over 30 individuals to drive this initiative to successful completion.

 

The project involves creating a customized global Greenfield approach for a rapidly growing Service Support solution  that will heavily leverage SAP CRM, Middleware and other technologies. The goal will be to integrate existing systems and build out new functionality specifically oriented to its Service Support Operations including:

- Service Contracts
- Service Chat functionality
- Service Order initiation
- Build/Repair/Exchange processes
- Enhancing Service Scheduling capabilities
- Additional Portal layer will serve as contact center / "order desk"

 

Required skills:
- Deep SAP understanding within a heavy manufacturing environment
- SAP CRM / SAP ECC 6.0
- In-depth SAP FI, CO, SD modules knowledge
- Waterfall methodology
- Demonstrated ability to "commit and deliver"
