Position: Lead PeopleSoft HCM Consultant (Payroll; Commitment Accounting) (Ref code: 073014-KOHSUS-IO55-JOH) Location: Santa Barbara, CA  93101 Duration: 12 months Interview: Phone, then Skype   Description:  Our client is seeks a FUNCTIONAL PeopleSoft HCM Consultant with FIN module interface background to be responsible for a PeopleSoft 9.1 implementation and its resulting Business Process Transformation. The selected individual MUST have experience integrating payroll data with a financial system (i.e. Commitment Accounting).   Responsibilities -   Provide PeopleSoft HCM implementation support -   Understand existing processes, gather requirements and create specification documents -   Provide expertise on the re-engineering of HR and Payroll business process in a PS Financials, HCM environment.  -   Implement deliverables -   Resolve inquiries regarding PeopleSoft HCM functionality.  -   Provide expertise for the development of interfaces between HCM, PS Financials and third party systems -   Develop functional design documents for the consolidation of shadow systems -   Support the development of local reports and query solutions to support end user business processes.  -   Provide expertise on data collection and cleansing for data conversion efforts -   Maintain close communications with Change Management and Training   Position Requirements -   PeopleSoft 9.1 experience  -   +5 years PeopleSoft experience focused on Payroll and Commitment Accounting (CA)/Commitment Control (KK) -   Understands integration of Time & Labor and Absence into PeopleSoft Payroll  -   PeopleSoft 9.x experience  -   Leadership experience on projects.  Preferred Skills -   Qualifications for Payroll  -   Previous experience as a payroll manager (highly desired) with a PeopleSoft ERP background  -   Certified Payroll Professional
