Description:

Assist in the application development process, including planning and monitoring development efforts, reviewing deliverables, and communication to management
Perform database query analysis and optimization
Analyze existing BI solutions
Engage in BI Development and business analysis, working with business and IT customers

Qualifications
BI Tool knowledge such as Cognos, MicroStrategy, Business Objects, and data visualization tools, etc. (Cognos preferred)
Experience in BI Development and data warehousing
Experience in data warehouse design and development. Knowledge of patterns, best practices, techniques and platforms preferred
Expertise in database query optimization
Knowledge of data, master data and metadata related standards, processes, and technology preferred
Knowledge of one or more ETL tools and data integration best practices will be nice to have
Knowledge of data modeling for data warehouses
