Job Description:

Experience Interaction Designer needed to be a part of a dynamic, fast-paced global team to committed as following a user-centered design process and working effectively with user researchers, visual designers, business stakeholders, developers and others to evolve solutions based on user feedback.

Required Skills:

 

Formal training in human-computer interaction, human factors, a design discipline (e.g., product or visual design) or equivalent experience

•5+ years of interaction design experience on successfully launched products

•Experience designing enterprise or business applications versus consumer-oriented products

•Effective design process and ability to enroll others in that process

•Creating wireframes, interaction designs and process flows

•Quickly sketching and rapid prototyping of ideas for testing

•Providing interaction design and information architecture leadership to teams as needed

•Conducting competitive analyses of designs

•Understanding and applying design patterns

•Build upon existing design language systems

•Working with developers to translate designs into production, including creating requirements and development guidance as needed

•Effective communication and documentation of design concepts, especially verbally

•Expertise in Balsamiq, Omnigraffle and other interaction design tools

 

Desired skills:

 

Collaborating remotely and internationally or via an agile development process

•Ability to create HTML5 and CSS assets

•Designing web, desktop, tablet and mobile applications

•User research, UI development or visual design experience

•Experience with natural user interaction, interactive visualization, analytics or collaboration
