1) Extensive WebSphere ESB 7.5 development experience

2) Experience establishing coding best practices and code review templates, preferably in WebSphere ESB.

3) WebSphere ESB or WebSphere Application Server troubleshooting experience.

4) Demonstrated lead development experience.
