·Ideal candidate will have a mix of solid .Net experience along with Salesforce development skills (Visualforce/Apex).

· Must have excellent communication skills.

· Microsoft development methodologies and tools.

· Visual Studio (Team System is a plus).

· .Net framework 4.0, ASP, VB.Net , SQL 2008 (stored procedures creation, functions, SSIS).

· CSS and AJAX.

· Candidates with a solid Cognos/Business Intelligence background may also be considered.
