Position: .NET Architect

Duration: 6 months.

Green Card or citizen or H1 transfers needed. This is not a C2C position.

We are looking for a .NET Architect with experience in defining and developing End to End solutions. The candidate should have extensive experience in designing and developing .Net based solutions using C#, ASP.NET and WCF. The Candidate should also have extensive experience in database development using SQL Server. The candidate must have more than 5 years of development experience in .Net and 8+ years of overall industry experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for this position.


Duties and responsibilities
Design, program, develop, analyze and implement .Net based applications.
Create code documentation, implementation instructions and integration test plan for applications. Produce technical documents in accordance with SDLC guidelines.
Communicate with both technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis to pass along important information and to ensure the design and implementation details are understood by all parties.
Guide other developers in the team in developing solutions that meet strategic direction
Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize and improve existing applications and systems.

Required skills
BS or MS in Computer science or related area
At least 5 years of experience in .Net development using C#, ASP.Net and SQL Server.
Excellent database development skills including database design and Query Optimization
Extensive development experience in front end development using AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery etc
* WCF knowledge is great plus.
Knowledge of design patterns is a plus
Experience with Financial Industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Solid analytical and communicational skills
Good documentation and writing skills
