Relevant Experience (Yrs)      3-5 yrs
·    Technical/Functional Skills   3+ yrs of experience in Java, J2EE,J2EE frameworks  with good knowledge of Hibernate Framework ·    Experience in customer requirements analysis, system design, system implementation, quality control and maintenance of applications·    Experience in implementing Web based Enterprise Systems with comprehensive knowledge of JAVA, J2EE, Hibernate, EJB 3, Oracle , PL/SQL·    Experience with JBoss application server is must·    Experience with JBoss Seam is most preferred·    Experience in system design, systems integrations, development and support ·    Experience with complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)·    Excellent communication, analytical, verbal and writing skills·    Experience in handling offshore team
