General Job Descriptions:

This person must be highly proficient in technical EM infrastructure architecture, design, and deployment of EM related frameworks, components, services, and interfaces; and must have substantial experience and understanding of mission-critical web-based enterprise applications infrastructure, server infrastructure and networking infrastructures.

Also responsible for providing technical leadership by participating in developing technical strategies, process improvements and providing guidance to other TCS team members in the support and development of the enterprise EM infrastructure; and for solving complex EM infrastructure problems.  The functions must be performed with a significant degree of independence.

This individual will also work with various ADM customers to understand requirements for implementation within the EM infrastructure.  Ensure that EM infrastructure integrates well within the functional business specifications.  Act as the technical project manager to document, delegate appropriate work load to other EM TCS members, and ensure that the project deliverables are complete within the scheduled time.

He or She will work with EM SPE management to provide recommendations, solutions and status updates on EM related issues or tasks.  Act as the liaison between SPE management and TCS EM managed services to ensure that SLA are met and delivered.   

Skills Requirement:

Must have minimum 8+ years experience working in a large enterprise infrastructure environment with extensive knowledge of web, network and server infrastructure. 

Must have extensive experience with all aspect internet and intranet related technologies and applications. 

Excellent problem solving, process improvement, decision making and analytical skills

Working knowledge of monitoring tools such as APM (Introscope, CEM) , Spectrum, eHealth, SCOM and other enterprise monitoring tools.

Working knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.

Strong knowledge of networking related infrastructure and protocols, such as TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, HTTPS, and ICMP.

Strong written and oral communications skills.

Strong ability to work effectively with team members, clients and other organizations

Professional level of Infrastructure project management methodology.

ITIL certification is a plus.
