Job Title: Business Analyst (111214-NIKHRI-IO35-)-RAJ)

Must Have's:
-Must have very strong Business Analysis experience with large, extremely complex systems (experience with mortgage/financial related applications is highly desirable)
-Significant experience with requirements capture, analysis and solutions specifications is required
-Must be experienced with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and the preparation of SDLC related documents
-Must have an analytical business background and demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, interpret, and deliver sound analysis, solutions and business intelligence
-Must have ability to collaborate, influence and solve difficult problems, combining the ability to prioritize and function well in a dynamic environment
-Must have superior communication skills (both verbal and written) and proven ability to liaise with business users, developers, stakeholder analysts and management
-Must have solid organization, negotiation, analysis skills with demonstrated ability to deliver on multiple
assignments, meet tight deadlines, and be effective and decisive under pressure
-Must be highly self-driven, self-organized, able to work independently and with cross functional teams to deliver results
-Proven ability to analyze the data thoroughly to identify trends and recommend course of action
-Detailed oriented with the ability to create, document and/or follow process flows
-Financial Services Industry knowledge and experience preferred
-Experience with DOORS preferred
-Experience with SQL preferred

 

Need someone who knows and understands the Agile process along with working with use cases. Need strong analysis skills, SQL, Visio, process flows, DOORS (helpful), Need to be able to maneuver through a database using SQL queries, need to be able to write documents (narrative form and receive use cases and bring that too within the narrative) Writing test cases, 6 + years of experience. Mortgage industry ( loan concepts ) -- helpful
