Requirement

Medium-to-expert level understanding of Geo-Spatial data
Deep understanding of challenges with designing of Geo-Spatial algorithms and solutions
• Deep understanding of standards such as those promulgated by the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC)
• Deep understanding of geospatial analysis methods 
• Familiarity with software packages such as ESRI's ArcObjects, Intergraph's GeoMedia software suite, and the GeoTools open source project
• Experience in designing spatial databases and tuning query performance in Hadoop2 environments
• Be able to Code, develop and test software using scripting languages such as Python/R/Java and others. 
Familiar with Big data in a Hadoop environment (Spark, Hive, Hawq, Pig) and with Map-Reduce.

Being able to independently develop algorithms and design technical solutions for problems dealing with Geo-spatial data
Familiar with Databases (Postgres/Oracle/Sql Server) and running SQL queries
Familiar with software packages such as ESRI's ArcObjects/Intergraph's GeoMedia software suite/ GeoTools open source project
Familiar with Statistical/Machine Learning/Pattern Recognition algorithms and analysis
