Position: Business Analyst (082212-IO37-IT-POUCHA)

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 12  Months

Job Responsibility:
The job holder will support the delivery of benefits-led to-be business processes and the supporting IT changes in the warehousing and distribution space to ensure the on-time and successful delivery of Project Endeavour.
Experienced with using business process analysis techniques such as process mapping and relevant tools such as Visio.
The job holder will be expected to have an understanding of leading relevant software tools, such as WMS and TMS tools and how to apply the tools as part of an overall solution. Experience with warehouse automation would be a bonus.  

Job Requirement:
Experience in warehousing and distribution, with a track record of operational and project activity
Knowledge of key Supply Chain business processes
Knowledge of core WMS functions
Preferred previous business consulting experience
Preferred exposure to Warehouse Control Systems (WCS)
Stakeholder management at all levels
Familiar with all the SDLC phases and the processes to be followed in each one of the phases
