The BPM developer is responsible for translating business process models delivered in multiple formats (Swimlane, Value Chain, Event Driven Process Maps) into executable business processes. The developer will incorporate alerts and error handling into models and support the functional validation of the configured processes in an integrated environment. The BPM developer helps create technical data packages, including business process models, business rule diagrams, specifications, and other associated technical documentation as well as supporting the use of webMethods for Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) activities. 

Minimum Position Qualifications: 
3-5 years of experience in systems analysis, design or programming and the associated development methodologies. 
Experience with BPM tools from vendors such as Appian, IBM Lombardi, Oracle, Pegassystems, Software AG, and TIBCO.

- Review system documentation to identify how a system might impact the business application's systems. Interview users to determine their needs.
- Research processes and compose/write business requirements.
- Identify and resolve procedural and process problems with applicable business areas.
- Escalate issues as necessary and facilitate resolution.
- Develop business and technical subject matter expertise on business applications systems.
- Address requests from end-users/customers regarding system hotlines, issues and adhoc reports.
- Prepare and maintain system documentation in accordance with business requirements.

- Serve as a link between the business user and members of the technical support team.
- Job requires a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired; five years of business applications experience, including experience with project management tools; and experience with project/product lifecycle management.
