MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Strong management skills
3-5 years of experience in Project Management and implementation with software development life cycle or agile methodologies.

Demonstrated proficiency in organization and communication.

Ability to understand, in detail, new system capabilities and functions.

Very strong technology background with good understanding of applicationdevelopment/methodologies.

Knowledge of technology especially web based applications (.net, java), technical design and system infrastructure.

Ability to assess task durations and provide staff guidance.

Strong documentation skills (i.e. Project Plans, Project Charter, Project Status Reports,Business and Functional Requirements, Meeting Notes and minutes).

Ability to manage people to ensure they meet their deliverables.

Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience in executing such methodologies

Experience using MS Sharepoint, MS Visio, MS Power Point, MS Word, MS Excel, MS SQL 2008

Experience in gathering and documenting requirements

Strong Leadership ability,Good interpersonal Sills,Problem solving skills,Time management skills

Experience with implementing hand held technologies
