Job Title: Sr. ETL Developer (121013-BRABER-IO37-E-RAJ)

Duration: Contract to hire after 6 Months

Job Description:
- Create, document and maintain complex Informatica ETLs, which includes detailed design and
development.
- Provide hands on approach to ETL development. Leads a team of developers to design, develop, and
implement various ETL applications and integration with various backend systems.
- Lead the technical vendor integration.
- Provides assistance in diagnosing production problems with applications and associated backend
systems.
- Assists in resource planning and projected development needs.
- Estimates the technical costs of projects for clients and project managers, confers with clients to identify
requirements and determines their desired outcomes in order to formulate the design of the system
and/or offer alternative solutions in a timely manner.
- Mentors new or junior staff members on business knowledge, system peculiarities, and complex
technical issues.
- Acquire SME level knowledge of existing and future applications and other critical backend systems that
feed the data to the managed applications.
- This position is also subject to being "on call" for emergency situations requiring immediate resolution.
Candidates must have at least 5 to 10 years of experience with the following programming tools or languages, or have an equivalent aptitude in a similar tool or language:
- Informatica 8.6 or later
- Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
- Various integration technologies e.g. File Transfer, Shared databases etc.
- Unix scripts
- Health insurance experience
- Any experience with Mainframe JCL is preferred
** Additional Skills: Informatica 8.6 or later, Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, informatica JMS/XML modules
