Job Description:
Quality Management Technical Analysts work under the supervision of the Quality Management Manager or Director and assist with analysis and testing of projects and processes to facilitate adherence to company policies, ensure delivery of projects that meet project-specific and enterprise quality and risk requirements and formulate and develop new and modified technical process and controls. Quality Management Technical Analysts apply understanding of the principles, concepts, practices and standards in the area of project management, technology processes and controls. In addition, Quality Management Technical Analysts assist, when necessary, with research and analyses requested by management. Work assignments are completed with supervision from more senior team members.
Key Job Functions:
Controls Execution and Project Management: Assess risks, document processes, execute testing of project activities and deliverables to assess whether the project is meeting established quality criteria. Document findings in compliance with Company standards. Provide support for remediation efforts. Provide support to business unit project teams in understanding IT controls, enterprise standards and industry practices related to delivery of technology projects. Conduct quality assessments for assigned technology projects under limited supervision. Leverage expertise in IT controls, project delivery standards, processes and industry practices to execute tests of project deliverables and activities. Conduct research for and respond to inquires from internal and external points of contact (as related to project quality matters); advise management on significant matters regarding technology project quality findings and risk. Participate as a team member on projects of moderate to high technical complexity. Track status of testing (to identify deficiencies) and remediation; monitor status of remediation and subsequent testing.
Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain relationships with business partner managers and project teams.
