Description:

JAVA / J2EE DEVELOPERS

Responsible for completing all stages of application development.

Design all of the changes given in the BRD and document those changes in applicable design documents.

Experience with Agile Methodology a plus

Develop new applications and enhancing existing applications Interface with end users taking functional requirements from concept to production

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities

Must be able to take proactive hands-on approach and demonstrate a "do whatever it takes" attitude to address customer requirements

Experience with XML based System Interface Design and Web Services Development using JAX-RPC / JAX-WS

Experience with JDBC, JMS, JAXB, XSLT, Struts, HTML, JSP, Servlet technology

Database using JDBC (Oracle and/or DB2)

Experience with OOD, UML modeling tools and the use of design patterns

Develop logical and physical data models that document source data from multiple sources (Client's internal data systems, external source data systems, 3rd Party Data etc.).

Experience working with relational or multi-dimensional data in reporting or analytic infrastructures.

Ability to communicate with business and technical teams both orally and written

Knowledge of multiple languages/alternative frameworks and ability to learn new technologies as the need arises

Experience working within a team environment and the ability to work with internal and external clients and to translate requirements into solutions

Minimum 5 - 10+ years as an active Java/J2EE developer

Bachelor's degree Computer Sciences or associated discipline.
