At least 8 years of IT experience with Siebel Technologies.
Atleast one Siebel 8.1global call center implementation experience.
Must have experience with EAI
Siebel 8.1.2 Call Center environment leveraging Siebel Tools, Scripting, Workflows, Assignment Manager, Run Time Rules, Business Services and Siebel EAI
Expert in workflow processes, assignment manager and eScript and Browser scripts.
Document and gain sign of requirements per Business Requirement Documents and Systems Requirements Documents.
Provide the LOEs for the development scope requests.
Work with Offshore team and make sure to get the deliverables are on track.
Coordinate with external teams to migrate the changes into production.
Well versed in coordination, planning and release management efforts for Siebel CRM solution.
Expertise to Analyze, Design and Develop Siebel Call Center application requirements based on best industry standard as per the business needs.
Expert in Task Based UI and other, Personalization rules, signals, variable maps, data maps, run time rules etc.
Monitor Logs and Alerts and trouble shoot any and all problems related to Siebel CRM solution.
Ensure application is operating effectively based upon business requirements and suggest improvements to Architect / Tech Manager.
