Siebel Analyst/Designer

Location: Manhattan/ NY

Duration:6 months

Rate: $80/hr

This is not a C2C opportunity.  Green card, Citizens, EAD, TN visa, H1 transfers will be considered.

**Face to face interview required**
At least 4 years of Siebel experience
At least one full life-cycle Siebel implementations involving Correspondence
Experience in Business Analysis
Proven experience in defining requirements for solutions in multiple-entity environments (multiple agencies, business partners, etc.)
Experienced with formal SDLCs and business analysis methodologies
Experience using standard project tools including Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders
Team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
Must be able to take strategic direction from executive management and participate in strategic planning activities throughout the lifetime of the project
Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant supervision
Must be organized and good at managing deliverables, meeting notes, presentations and other documentation/communications

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE :

Experience in performing Analysis and Design on large systems integration project with multiple organizations
Experience working with Siebel 7.x
Project management experience
Experience with Caliber RM or other similar requirements management tool
Experience with Quality Center or other similar defect management tool
Strong knowledge of Siebel configuration concepts
Strong understanding of Siebel core product
Strong call center industry skills
Strong government industry skills
Strong writing skills
Demonstrated knowledge of New York City government
