REQUIRED EDUCATION / TECHNICAL SKILLS:

* Four-year degree in computer science or related field.
* At least 3 years experience with IT analysis / programming.
* Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies: BPEL, SOA, ESS, WebCenter, OBI.
* Experience with Oracle Applications Application Administration is desired.
* Experience administering Weblogic servers.
* Experience with Oracle RDBMS and Oracle PL/SQL.
* Experience with Oracle Java development or other similar Java development frameworks.
* Experience with Oracle Identity Management is desire, but not essential.
* Experience working and scripting in a UNIX / Linux environment

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

* 1+ years experience with working with SOA (serviceoriented architecture) integration projects and project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping planning and budgeting, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live with a specific expertise in integrating systems with the Oracle eBusiness Suite
* Experience in a team lead role during at least 1 full lifecycle project using the Oracle Fusion/SOA suite of products (e.g. Oracle BPEL, ESB, BAM, WebCenter) to integrate the Oracle eBusiness Suite with other systems.
* Experience leading small to midsize teams.
* Experience with Oracle's product line, Fusion Suite, RDBMS, Application and Application Server suite of products with the ability to discuss with senior management.
* Knowledge of SOA concepts.
* Experience developing RICE (ReportsInterfacesConversionsExtensions) components.
* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
*Good development and testing skills a must.
*Good written and verbal communication skills a must.
*Must be able to work independently and have knowledge of all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle.


ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for all technical implementation aspects of FUSION application deployments.

Focus on identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations

Must be versatile enough to work in various technologies with a high degree of quality. The role also demands excellent analytical qualities and the ability to work with people on various levels.

Ability to demonstrate a strong drive for results and the ability to deal effectively with ambiguity.

Ability to perform analytic evaluation of an Oracle installation, knowing the appropriate questions to ask and understanding the impact based on customer responses.

Work with various integration and application teams to effectively deploy solutions.

Understand basic components of project planning and is able to break down large tasks into smaller components (Work Breakdown Structure). Provides estimates for effort and schedule.

Understand / manage information across a large set of business solutions. Leads research initiatives. Influences creation of and implementation of standards.

Be proactive and look for innovative solutions that reduce cost/time to deliver.
