Job Description:

Senior Oracle Pl/SQL and Crystal Reports Developer/Analyst

Background Information:

This division is our client is responsible for all operations, accounting
and system duties that support the asset management, banking and debt
management, capital markets, cash management and foreign exchange operations
of the units in Treasury. Sophisticated business systems are used in support
of these functions.

This group handles the support of financial applications in the areas of
securities processing, risk measurement, analytics, banking and payments,
financial accounting and reporting.

General Accountability:

The candidate would be a self-starter and capable of working independently
to high standards of quality. The position requires substantial interaction
with the CTR Capital Markets (CTRCM) business unit on a specific Reports
Clean-up and Consolidation project to modify and consolidate a large number
of complex and critical financial reports written in PL/SQL and Crystal.

In-depth knowledge of the technology to support financial accounting
applications is essential.

Skill Set requirements:

Familiarity with financial accounting systems
Proficiency in Oracle tools and technologies - Oracle 10g, Oracle Forms, SQL
and PL/SQL, PL/SQL Standard Packages
Proficiency in Oracle reporting tools Crystal Reports and Business Objects
Enterprise server.
Ability to interact with clients to understand functional requirements and
translate them to a technical solution.
Proven conceptual, analytical and judgmental skills. Excellent oral and
written communication skills
Proven and demonstrated experience in full system development life cycle
Analysis, Design, Programming, Testing, Implementation , and Maintenance

Selection Criteria:

Bachelors degree, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in building
financial systems using current technologies.
Experience and knowledge of systems design, development and maintenance of
complex financial information systems.
Ability and willingness to propose creative and optimal solutions.
