Responsibilities:
* Process and standards creation for Data Analytics
* Data Profiling
* Reverse Engineer source data models
* Constructing target stage and integration layer tables according to departmental standards
* Assist the development team with ETL mapping specifications according to department standards
* Analyzing large quantities of raw data to interpret the trends/story that the data is showing. Ability to report and document the key findings

 

 

 

Minimum Requirements:
* 5+ years Data Profiling Experience
* 5+ years Data Analysis Experience within the Healthcare Industry
* 3+ year Data Analysis Experience with Oncology and Hematology clinical data preferred
* Demonstrated Communication Skills
* Background utilizing tools/databases/software to manipulate and profile large datasets
* Proven background creating/implementing process and documentation standards
