Description

Senior Operations Process Analyst will assist with the execution of IT-PMO initiatives and special projects. 

Analyst may support creation of Portfolio and Project reporting processes and procedures– including creation of templates and documenting as-is and to-be policies and process flows.
Analyst will learn Planview (if necessary) and will utilize a number of other tools – Excel, Doors,Visio etc. 

Analyst will report to Manager of ITPMO Governance team. 
Analyst will use strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Analyst will have the ability to work in a team environment as well as to work independently to meet objectives. 

CBAP certification and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred. 

Minimum of 6 years' experience desired. 

Former consulting experience a plus.
