Job Title: Senior PowerBuilder Application Developer (92414-NIAPME-IO40-M-RAJ)
Location: Sacramento, CA

Minimum Qualifications:
1. A minimum of two (2) years experience developing Windows based applications using PowerBuilder 7.0;
2. A minimum of two (2) years experience developing Windows based applications using PowerBuilder 12.5;
3. A minimum of three (3) years experience migrating Windows based applications
from older versions of PowerBuilder to later versions which should include PowerBuilder versions 7.0 and/or 12.5;
4. A minimum of three (3) years experience working with relational databases Oracle 9i and 11g;


Preferred Skills and Experience:
1. Ability to work independently with general direction;
2. Good oral and written communications skills;
3. Strong analytical skills;
4. Superior troubleshooting skills on server and application layers.
5. Familiarity with Notary Public commission, regulations and education applicationand business processes, familiarity with the Domestic Partner registry or similarfunctions and familiarity with the Campaign and Lobbying registration
