Position: WebSphere Administrator (Ref code: 110713-SHEKOU-AC-IO40-JOH) Location: Woodlawn, MD Duration: Long Term Description: The scope is to resolve technical problems as a Websphere administrator in the Unix Operations team.The resource is expected to assist and have a working knowledge of WebSphere 6 and 7and 8.5 installation, configuration and administration, Sun Solaris 9 and 10 administration, RedHat Linux 5+ administration, Portal experience and shell scripting, Solaris clustering, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to schedule constraints, the ability to work well in a team environment and excellent communication and time management skills. The Websphere administrator will document, research, identify and attempt to solve all technical and application related problems on initial call. Document and track support activity and clearly communicate technical solutions in a user friendly professional manner.
