Job Description:

Experience:

7 to 10 years experience with managing and implementing Internet based technology projects following an SDLC.

At least 5 year experience with Agile, RUP or XP as Technical PM

At least 5 year experience managing J2EE with Oracle PL/SQL application development projects

3+ years of experience managing projects with geographically distributed teams in the United States and India.

2 to 3 years experience in a technical field as developer or DBA.

Demonstrated ability to work well with developers and technical individuals.

Detailed oriented with ability to understand and represent technical solutions to management team.

Demonstrated experience in project risk management, issue or defect management, escalation management with proper and timely communication and ensures that milestones are achieved on-time, high quality, on-budget and in scope.

At least 4 year experience with Clearquest, or other Defect Tracking System.

Advanced technical reporting and presentation skills using MS Office software suite

Sharepoint publishing experience.

Core Skill:

Senior Technical Project Manager with at least 10 years demonstrated project management experience with highly distributed and complex application architecture in a fast pace environment with daily interactions with multi-disciplinary technical teams onshore and offshore.
