Description:

To support various Marketing & Sales initiatives with a primary focus on implementation of a new Lead Management System. Ideal candidates will have a background in Business/Systems analysis supporting a sales organization, and basic Project Management experience.

Responsibilities:

Interact with marketing organization and multiple sales teams to elicit and document requirements.

Primary assignment will be to support implementation of a new Lead Management System; however, other small Marketing Technology initiatives may also be assigned.

Create swim lane and process flow diagrams depicting how leads will be distributed and managed, and how the lead management system will interface with various lead sources and systems.

Conduct requirement and process model walkthroughs with development and testing teams to explain required capabilities and interfaces that they must implement and test.

Assist with testing efforts - writing and executing test cases.

Assist with project management/administration by maintaining project task plans, issue and risk logs, and financial plans for the Lead Management project as well as miscellaneous smaller Marketing Technology initiatives.

 

Requirements:

Proficient written and oral communication skills.

Business / Systems Analysis experience supporting a sales organization.

Experience with requirements and testing for web projects is a plus.

Requirements elicitation and documentation including use cases and process modeling (DFDs, Flow Charts, Swim Lane diagrams, etc.), Project Admin (Task Plan, Issue, Risk Mgt, etc.),Test Case creation and execution.

Familiarity with project cost, schedule, issue, risk, financial, and quality management.

Ability to multi-task, handling multiple small project or support efforts simultaneously.

Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems preferred.

5+ years of professional IT experience.

Sales and Web Support.

Mortgage Industry experience a plus.
